Our Mission
Welcome
Northfield Chiropractic Associates has been providing quality chiropractic care to the North Waterloo area for the past 42 years. We are pleased to announce that our practice is growing and transitioning to better serve you. We are becoming Northfield Health - Chiropractic and Wellness Center with additional services and skilled clinicians to help you with your healthcare needs.

Dr. Harold Paisley, DC
Dr. Paisley graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1980. Over the past 40 years he has treated over 5000 patients. These years of experience have developed his ability to accurately diagnose and effectively treat his patients. Dr. Paisley is passionate about community service. He served as Trustee for the Waterloo Region District School Board from 2006-2014.

Dr. Jason Nyman, BSc, DC, FCCPOR(C)
Dr. Nyman graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1999 with Clinical Honours. In addition, he completed his fellowship in rehabilitation sciences with the Canadian Chiropractic Specialty College of Physical and Occupational in 2011. With over 22 years of clinical experience, Dr. Nyman enjoys helping restore his patients abilities to work, play, sleep and live life to their fullest again.

Dr. Jaclyn Witt, DC, Acupuncture (CMAG)
Dr. Witt graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She has additional training in contemporary medical acupuncture through McMaster University, concussion management, and perinatal care. With over 10 years experience, Dr. Witt is passionate about helping her patients achieve their personal health and functional goals in collaboration with others on their healthcare team. With her friendly personality and skilled hands, we know you will enjoy being her patient.

We are open to serve you six days per week (Monday to Saturday). We offer early morning, afternoon, and evening appointments to help accommodate your busy schedule.

Services
We provide excellence in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. This includes, but is not limited to treatment for the following conditions:

Automobile Accident Rehabilitation
Our comprehensive rehabilitation programs for motor vehicle accident injuries are designed to help you recover quickly. Whether you have had a mild whiplash or a more serious accident, we will develop a plan to get you better and guide you through the recovery process. The first 12 weeks of treatment after a car accident are covered through the Minor Injury Guidelines and no medical referral is necessary.
Workplace Injuries
Our clinic is registered with the WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board). If you have injured yourself at work, the cost of treatment will be fully covered by the WSIB. We will help you recover from your accident and make a safe return to work. We are authorized providers of the POC (Program of Care) for low back, shoulder , neck and other musculoskeletal injuries.
Custom Orthotics, Shoes and Sandals
Orthotics help to re-align your feet and ankles in order to achieve a better base of support for your whole body. The new generation of orthotics are thin and comfortable. They can provide relief from foot pain, plantar fasciitis, back pain and other conditions.
Low Intensity Laser Therapy
Low Intensity Laser Therapy (LILT) has proven effective for the treatment of chronic neck pain, joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and plantar fasciitis. Laser is gentle and can be used when other treatment is not possible. For further information check out Laser Therapy and Medx Phototherapy
Flexion-Distraction Spinal Traction:
Flexion Traction has been shown to be effective in reducing symptoms of Spinal Lumbar Stenosis. Stenosis is a disabling spinal condition which causes severe low back and leg pain on walking. Most commonly Lumbar Stenosis occurs in older patients.
